Colder mornings and days ahead mean that our House Smoked Salmon is back! Our cold smoker is happy to be back in the rotation too. We’re currently serving our salmon on Lisa’s Rugbrød (a dense and seedy Danish-style rye bread). Very simple, light, and delicious.

We’re on the lookout for someone to join our team at The Bridge. This position does not require prior experience but if you have it, you will thrive! Constant communication, politeness, and attention to our guests is a must; so if you’re not a people person this job may not be for you. We’re looking for someone who is willing to work a day or two during the week and weekends. You’ll be earning minimum wage ($15.13) plus daily gratuities based off of food and beverage sales.
