"What's the difference between chicken strips, chicken tenders, and chicken fingers? "

While often used interchangeably by restaurants and consumers, these three popular chicken items have distinct culinary definitions:

Tenders are a specific whole-muscle cut (the tenderloin), Strips are sliced whole chicken breast, and Fingers can be any cut, often composed of reformed or processed chicken.

Vic’s uses only Chicken Tenders and has since 2016. Ask about our Proteins and you may be surprised by what you learn about what we serve.
Center Cut Bacon 🥓 is another example of how seriously we take our Food.
