He is definitely one of our kids’ favorite artists and when one of his songs comes on the radio, you can 💯 expect our crew to be singing at the TOP of their lungs! 😂🎤

COMMENTS & POSTS LIKE THIS ARE WHAT KEEP US DOING WHAT WE’RE DOING! 😭

Believe me when I say that the profit margin on BBQ is SMALL. Between the rising cost of meat, ingredients, labor, fuel, overhead, vendor fees, travel and everything else that goes into running a food truck… that profit gets smaller and smaller. 😅💸

But then we see posts and comments like these… 🥹❤️👇🏻

People taking the time to share their experience, tag us, leave a review or simply tell us they enjoyed their food — it truly means more to us than y’all know!

Good evening Everyone,

Last night at City of Friendswood Parks & Recreation Independence Day celebration there was a gentleman who was having an episode in front of our food trailer. At first I thought it was because the heat so I sat him down , gave him some water and food and called the wonderful workers with Friendswood Volunteer Fire Department to check on him. I ended up observing him for about 1.5 hr frequently checking in on him and giving him water. At another point I saw him grab his head while still sitting and I asked if he was okay or if he wanted me to call medics again. He said he wanted me to call medics, so I called them. They ended up taking him and I’m hoping his family may see this as I just want to make sure he is doing okay. I know the medics can’t say anything Due to Hippa which is why I’m hoping for a friend or family member to see this.
