Been on a hiatus for some time…gonna be a fair while longer without rolling smoke. I’m good with that, but can’t go that long without being in the kitchen. Back to my roots and channelling my mother and grandmothers love, souls, and spirits today. Family recipe sausage made from 25 # of pork shoulder, chicken parm, hands down one of the better gravies I’ve made, and some rustic style garlic and Italian herb bread! Mangia e divertiti! 🥰
