Located in a 1917 historic home, we source 100% of our proteins from Texas and strive to create a comfortable fine dining experience. What started as a scrappy Covid-era idea (selling sandwiches out of the back of our catering wagon) has become a Friday tradition.

Join us every Friday from 11:30–1:30 for our $14 burger to-go, made with 1836 Farms beef, sweet tea pickles, homemade buns, and house-made American-style cheese crafted with Rollertown Kölsch.

Still feeling incredibly grateful after the kickoff of the Blackland Prairie Dinner Series at The Heritage Table. What an unforgettable evening celebrating North Texas agriculture, creativity, and community alongside Guest Chef Phillip Halff of and Chef Rich Vana.

Thank you to every guest, farmer, rancher, and team member who helped bring this experience to life. It was a beautiful reminder that the ingredients, stories, and talent rooted right here in North Texas are more than enough to create something truly special.

Back in the early days of Covid, when our dining room shut down, we started selling sandwiches out of the back of our tiny catering wagon. An idea we lovingly called the Impractical Sandwich. It was scrappy, delicious, and full of heart.

Fast forward to now: that spirit lives on every Friday at lunch. From 11:30–1:30, we’re slinging $14 burgers to-go, made with 1836 Farms beef, sweet tea pickles, homemade buns (yep, same dough as our Milk & Honey Rolls), and our house-made American-style cheese crafted with Rollertown Kölsch. Add fries and a cold canned soda, and you’ve got yourself a perfect Friday.

Come early, bring your appetite, and be part of the story that started it all.

On May 7th, we kick off the Blackland Prairie Dinner Series with Guest Chef Phillip Halff and Chef Rich Vana, presenting a seven-course tasting menu rooted in the farms, flavors, and spirit of North Texas. This dinner celebrates the beauty of local ingredients and the creativity of our region’s most innovative chefs.

On May 8th, join us for a special Chef’s Tasting Dinner featuring Collin College’s talented culinary and pastry team alongside Chef Rich Vana. This collaborative evening highlights the next generation of chefs and the strong partnership we’ve built with Collin College, with many of their students and graduates helping bring the experience to life.
