Hello everyone I just wanted to update y’all on the COOL BOOSE as a lot of you know I’ve closed it up and have it posted for sale.

I really enjoyed meeting everyone and appreciate all of your support.

I put a lot of work into the COOL BOOSE remodeling and upgrading it with never having intentions of ever selling it but due to Divorce I’ve lost interest in it and I’ve accepted a job down south that’s the only reason for selling it.

Hopefully we can find a buyer that can keep it going as we did.

Thanks everyone for your concern’s and support it’s been a great time.

Good morning everyone I just wanna update everybody we will be closed today for inventory sorry for any inconvenience. 

Also want to let everyone know that after much consideration we have decided to close a Cool Boose for the winter months we have had rising food cost for the last few months and unfortunately customer flow has slowed quite a bit so we will regroup and plan on opening on the first of May.

We are going to stay open until December 17 look forward to seeing everyone but I also look forward to seeing everyone in the spring thank you for all of your support we have enjoyed every bit of it.

The COOL BOOSE special for today:
Cowboy stew and cornbread.

Italian sub sandwiches are on the menu Daly we’ll see how they do for awhile.

Tomorrow’s special is going to be a 7 ingredient chicken soup served with cheese and tortilla chips kinda like chickens tortilla soup.

OK everybody it is Monday that is bean plate day at the caboose :
Comes with 16oz bowl of beans cornbread,BBQ winners fried potatoes and onions.

We have also added the Italian meatball sub to the menu comes with chips and small drink.

Hello everyone it’s Friday the train car pasta is up and running today!!!!

Also I wanna let everyone know that I finally got the buns for the subs the meatball sub sandwich is going to be added to the menu permanently!!!!!
I’ve had lots of requests for this so we’ll give it a go.
