The Old Saco Inn

Casual. Contemporary. Relaxed. While close to several restaurants, in-house dining is available on request, and our cozy pub is licensed for your relaxation.

Your experience with us begins the moment you turn down our long gravel driveway, which winds through our tall forest and ultimately reveals the Inn nestled peacefully between the banks of the Old Saco River and our 65-acre woodlands. The Lodge and Carriage House each offer you a variety of tasteful ground or first-floor room and suite options, and in the morning after a sumptuous breakfast on the porch or next to the immense grand fireplace, your on-site activity choices include walking or snowshoeing the several trails through our forest, taking a canoe or kayak down the Old Saco, hopping on a mountain bike, or simply relaxing in an Adirondack on the lawn and enjoying the spectacular views of the White Mountain National Forest. You have door-to-trail connectivity to the ITS-80 snowmobile trail system in winter, and are just minutes away from excellent hiking, mountain climbing, and downhill skiing. Open for all seasons, the Old Saco Inn offers you a truly memorable Maine experience.
