After many years of careful consideration, we’ve made the decision to join many other restaurants and close our Fullerton location on Mondays.
For 56 years, our dedicated team has worked six days a week. Adding one more day off (in addition to Sunday) will give our staff much-needed time to rest and spend with their families. We believe this change will help us continue delivering the quality and energy you’ve come to expect from us.
We sincerely apologize to those of you who love visiting us on Mondays. We hope you’ll join us on another day of the week instead.
To every one of our loyal customers — thank you. Your support has allowed us to be part of this wonderful community for over five decades, and we’re truly grateful. Rutabegorz exists because of you, and we never take that for granted.
On a lighter note, we’ve also been tossing around the idea of starting breakfast service… but that’s still just in the discussion phase for now.
Thank you again for all your feedback and continued support. We look forward to seeing you soon — just not on Sundays or Mondays!
