This Friday, I’ll be stepping WAY outside my comfort zone and representing Hitchin’ Java in the 2026 Show-Me Innovation Pitch Competition!! 🎤
If you would’ve told me a year ago that I’d be standing in front of a room full of people pitching the future of MY business, I probably would’ve laughed and said, “Yeah, okay!” 🤣
But here I am.
What started as a little coffee trailer and a whole lot of determination has turned into something bigger than I ever imagined.
And while I’m incredibly nervous, I’m also incredibly PROUD.
Proud of the long days, the setbacks, the lessons, the growth, and every single time I chose to keep going when things got hard.
This opportunity isn’t just about winning a competition. It’s about believing in what I’ve built and being confident enough to stand up and say, this business has a future, and I’m not done growing it. 🤎
To every single person who has supported Hitchin’ Java, whether you’ve bought one coffee or a hundred, you’ve helped me get here.
So Friday, I’m not just showing up for myself. I’m showing up for this little business and the community that helped build it.
Win or lose, I’m already proud of how far we’ve come.
Keep on Hitchin’ on, coffee besties. We’re just getting started. 🥹🤎
