Every Tuesday morning, 9 to 10:30, The Well opens its doors for something we're proud to host.

Coffee Connections brings local veterans together for casual coffee and real conversation, a chance to catch up on veteran activities and services, and time to meet Tracey Curtis, your local VA Peer Specialist.

No sign-up. No agenda. Just come sit down.

Thank you to Columbus VA Ambulatory Care Center for choosing us as the spot. We don't take that lightly.

JULY DROP: Cherry Pie Latte

Warm, bright, and a little nostalgic. Notes of tart cherry, brown sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon, balanced by smooth espresso.

Handcrafted with a cherry pie syrup made in-house, this one tastes like the Fourth in a cup, warm and comforting and still grounded.

July is fireworks over the ballfield and flags on the front porch. The month we celebrate freedom, and pause to remember what it costs, and who carries it.

Overwatch is a military term. It means providing cover for a fellow service member, watching their back so they can keep moving forward. That job does not end when the uniform comes off. The road home is its own hard ground, and no one should walk it alone.

Throughout July, SGT Coffee Co. is proud to support The Overwatch Partnership , a Columbus nonprofit founded by local veterans, and its mission to mentor veterans through the transition into civilian careers, with networking, guidance, and hiring advocacy that helps them find their next place to stand.

Drink with intention.

FOR BRUCE.

This Saturday, June 27, SGT Coffee Co. joins The Bruce WOD at National Veterans Memorial and Museum, 9 AM–12 PM. We’ll be on site with coffee and the BRUCE Brew.

The Bruce Brew. Strong Coffee. Stronger Purpose.

Sgt. Bruce Cogley served with the 101st Airborne in Vietnam and fought on Hamburger Hill. He survived the war, but like too many veterans, he carried its weight long after coming home. In 1992, Bruce lost his battle to su***de.

Today, his legacy lives on through the Sgt. Bruce Cogley Foundation, whose mission is simple:

Combat Veteran Su***de with Fitness.

By providing fitness scholarships to veterans, we’re creating community, purpose, and hope, one workout at a time.

The Bruce Brew is our signature cold brew, served the way Bruce would've appreciated it: strong, black, honest, and no fuss. It's fuel for the work ahead.

A portion of every Bruce Brew served on-site directly supports the Foundation and its mission.

Show up. Do the work. Raise a cup. Honor those who survived the war but lost the battle after returning.

Refreshing summer drinks available at The Well.

Three new ways to cool down, all iced and all made by hand. Left to right:

Elderflower Lemonade, bright lemonade with our house elderflower syrup. Floral, crisp, easy.
Strawberry Hydrator, real strawberry over ice. Light, clean, built to refresh.
Rosemary Black Tea, iced black tea finished with house rosemary syrup. Herbal and just sweet enough.

Our rosemary and elderflower come from the Ohio Herb Center , right here in Gahanna. Local roots in every glass.

The flag is up, the patio is open, and the ice is cold. Pull up a chair. We'll keep a seat for you.

Grateful to Visit Gahanna and the Ohio Herb Center for keeping it local with us.

Proud to be a Community Access Partner for the 27th Creekside Blues & Jazz Festival.

Here's the idea behind the program: local businesses buy festival tickets and put them back into the community, widening access for Gahanna residents while introducing folks to what we do. You can read more at the link below.

We chose to use ours to honor a small group of regulars who've supported us since the very beginning. The early risers. The post-workout crew. The families who treat this place like a second living room. No contest and no sign-up. Just a quiet thank-you to the people who helped build The Well.

Here's the thing though. The best part of this festival was never the wristband. It's the weekend itself. So grab your tickets, bring your people, and come hear some of the best blues and jazz in Ohio right in our backyard. Active and retired military get in free with a military ID.

We'll be your home base near the music all weekend:
Friday 7am–6pm / Saturday 8am–6pm / Sunday 11am–5pm

Open 7 to 7 today. Extended hours for the Creekside market.

Stop by our booth at the market, try the rosemary black tea or the elderflower lemonade, and grab a $2 off coupon. Then walk over to The Well and put it to use on the full menu.

From 4 to 7, we’re hosting a table for veterans and their families. The National Veterans Memorial and Museum is joining us, with notecards, bookmarks, and activities for the kids.

We love being part of the fabric of this community.
Find us at either spot today and say hello.

The cause behind the June Drop, standing on our patio.

This morning, Canine Companions joined us at The Well Gahanna - service dogs in training, the volunteers who raise them, and the families who came out to meet them.

Canine Companions trains and places service dogs free of charge for the people who need them, including veterans. “Serving our heroes, better” isn’t just their tagline. It’s the reason every Strawberry Spearmint Latte this month points their way.

Thank you to the Canine Companions team for bringing the dogs, the heart, and the mission to The Well. And thank you to everyone who stopped by, said hello, and supported the work.

The June Drop runs all month. Every cup gives back.

Tomorrow, the patio gets a little extra company.

Saturday, June 6, from 8:30–10:30, Canine Companions joins us on the front patio at The Well Gahanna.

They raise and train service dogs — provided free of charge to the people who need them, including veterans. It’s the cause behind our entire June Drop, and we’re honored to host them in person.

Come say hello, meet the team, and grab a Strawberry Spearmint Latte. Every cup this month supports their work.

Two years ago, this trailer poured its first cup.

A converted camper, a flag, and a simple idea - that coffee could be a reason for people to gather.

Today it’s parked at Foundation Park for Jersey Church’s Care Week. Same cart. Same mission. A little more road behind it.

The Well Gahanna came later. But it started right here, on a patch of gravel, one cup at a time.

And a fitting day for it - it’s also Faith’s birthday. Couldn’t ask for better company behind the counter. Happy birthday, Faith.

JUNE DROP: Strawberry Spearmint Latte

Bright, fresh, and easy. Notes of ripe strawberry, cool spearmint, and floral honey balanced by smooth espresso.

Handcrafted with spearmint from Ohio Herb Center, this early-summer latte is fruit-forward without tipping into dessert, clean and bright and quietly grounded.

Summer opens with longer light and slower mornings. A season for porch sitting, for good company, for the steady presence of someone, or something, at your side.

June is PTSD Awareness Month. For many who served, the hardest wounds are the ones no one can see. Healing is rarely done alone. For many veterans, a service dog can be part of what makes the next morning easier to meet.

Throughout June, SGT Coffee Co. is proud to support Canine Companions and its mission to raise and place expertly trained service dogs, at no cost, for veterans and people living with disabilities.

Drink with intention.
