His favorite thing about working at Consuelo is meeting new people and his co-workers. His favorite item on the menu is the Alambre tacos.

This month, we’re shining the spotlight on Yaxiri, who has been a hostess at Consuelo for the past six months! She will be a senior at Johnson High School next year and brings such a welcoming energy to our team.
Her favorite thing about working at Consuelo is meeting new people and the family atmosphere. When it comes to food, her go-to menu item is our enchiladas 🌮
