This month, we’re shining the spotlight on Yaxiri, who has been a hostess at Consuelo for the past six months! She will be a senior at Johnson High School next year and brings such a welcoming energy to our team.
Her favorite thing about working at Consuelo is meeting new people and the family atmosphere. When it comes to food, her go-to menu item is our enchiladas 🌮

Big congratulations to our host, Jahleel Dowell! 🎭✨ He will be graduating from Gainesville High School this Friday and heading to Young Harris College this fall to study musical theater.
While at GHS, Jah was a proud member of GHS Troupe 2445 and performed in many Gainesville High School theater productions. He is also a member of Men Alive.
He said he “couldn’t believe everyone was telling the truth” when they said high school flies by so fast.
He also shared how thankful he is for his mom, Shai, his biggest supporter through it all. ❤️

Last night was simply amazing! Thank you to everyone who celebrated Cinco de Mayo with us at Consuelo! We shared great food, great drinks, mariachi, and so many memories together. We’re so grateful for every guest who spent the evening with us, we love you all! 🎉🎶
