Yesterday, as I was helping Chris with our remodel, I pondered back to about 5 years ago when we were told by a high school senior that his plan after graduation was to "own my own business so I don't have to work".

This man (pictured) has been self employed since 2000. Has multiple college degrees and a license to practice law. And is the hardest working man I know! Hands down!

Chris loves to brag about me and my magic in the kitchen, but he is definitely the yin to my yang. He is the smart business brain. The level headed, patient one on hard days. The man who will work months on end without a day off. He's the smiling face that loves visiting with each of you.

I could go on and on about the many facets of owning a business- the rewarding hard work. But we love it! We love bringing our best to our little town!
