A Good Friday Reflection: Grace at the Cross
As I sit here today, my heart is so full thinking about everything Jesus endured for us. From the shouts of praise to the pain of betrayal, being beaten and hated—a Man so perfect and holy, who never sinned, yet gave His life so that I could have life through Him.
“For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.” — John 3:16 🕊️
His love was so big that even in His thinnest moment, He asked the Father to "forgive them, for they know not what they do." 🤍
Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they do.” — Luke 23:34 🕊️✨
Sisters, please remember: you are never too far away to come back to Jesus. What He did for us has already been paid in full. Is there any unforgiveness or weight you are carrying that you can release right now? Let’s just lay it at His feet and leave it at the Cross.
Let’s allow Jesus to gently remove anything in our hearts that might be stopping us from living for Him or being close to Him. Because of His sacrifice, we can now go directly to Him in prayer. Having a personal relationship with Jesus isn't about being perfect—it's about being His. It starts with a simple conversation. Just talk to Him. Tell Him you need Him. Ask Him to lead you. He is already there, waiting with open arms. 🤍🕊️
If you feel like you’ve drifted, it is not too late. His arms are wide open. Open your heart to receive Him as your Lord and Savior today. Ask Him to forgive you & to come into your heart and live in you. If you believe in your heart that He died for you and rose on the third day, a new life starts right now.
Revelation 19:16: "And He has on His robe and on His thigh a name written: KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS."
Jesus, thank You for being my Savior and for giving me life. My life is nothing without You. I love You, and I am so deeply thankful for You. 🕊️✨in Jesus name amen! 🙏🏾
"If you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved." — Romans 10:9 📖✨
