Health Inspector returned today and everything is back as it should be!! We have worked hard to get things back in order and would like to thank our awesome staff for their hard work and dedication to keeping Poor Richard’s open. We will continue to work hard and bring you the Poor Richard’s food that you have all come to know and love for all of these years! Thank you as well to all of our loyal customers for your support.

We would like for you all to know that we are working very diligently to bring Poor Richard's back to what it should be. We have hired Cintas to come in this week and deep clean the restaurant. As well as hiring a professional exterminator to address any of those issues. We appreciate your patients and understanding during this time. We purchased Poor Richard's Restaurant a few months ago, and unfortunately the restaurant had many issues at that time and we are doing everything necessary to bring it back to the restaurant Gainesville has known and loved for so many years. We are confident that the score will be back up to where it should be when the Health Department comes the first of next week for another health inspection. Again we appreciate the patience and understanding of all of our Poor Richard's Restaurant loyal customers!
