Howdy friends, hope everyone had a super holiday 🎆

Next week we have a couple of fun things going on 📆

Thursday 7/16 we are having an American wine tasting 🇺🇸 no tickets or reservations needed, just swing by after 6pm 🍷 also our chef said “American themed? I’m making glizzys” 🌭

Friday 7/17 we’re doing our July edition of our fish fry 🍤 all day swing by for your fill of fish&chips, shrimp baskets and drink specials 🐟

“Social media human, that’s well and good but what about today and this week?”

Hey friends we have some exciting changes happening here this week 🧨

We’ve partnered with our friends Adena Farms at Fort McCoy Ranch to source all of our beef 🐄 that means every burger, brisket and steak you order was pasture raised and grass fed about 45 minutes away from our restaurant. We’re “cow jumped over the moon excited” for this and the flavors are incredible 🧑‍🍳

We’re also in the midsts of flavor labs and updating our menus. Some changes you can see immediately are our revamped risotto and cut of steak 🥩
Seasonal risotto made with mushrooms, summer squash, zucchini, sun dried tomatoes, peas, garlic and shallots topped with Parmesan 🧀
Hand trimmed NY Strip steak topped with chimichurri, served with mash and grilled asparagus 🥔

Lastly just as a reminder we will be closed this Saturday for the 4th of July 🇺🇸

Coming up this Saturday we have Eddy Bayes back in the building 🎼

Next week we’re winging it with a wine tasting 🍗 no reservations needed, come check out 4 different wing sauces with 4 different wine pairings 🍷

New special just dropped, pan fried tofu, with carrots and snap peas. Tossed in a zesty orange sauce. Served with ginger infused jasmine rice topped with scallions 🍚

Lastly we want to give our staff a chance to enjoy the holiday so we’ll be closed July 4th 🇺🇸

Hey friends, have some fun things to do next week 📆

We’ve picked out some heavy hitters from our charcuterie menu and designed a box to go for the dads👨 send us an email with your name, number and desired amount of boxes for pickup Saturday 6/20 between 11:30am-5pm 📦

Also for this weekends special we have pork or tofu vindaloo 🍛 a fiery and tangy curry with carrots, onions and served on turmeric spiced rice 🔥
