Turns out our crust has a fan club of its own.

That’s what happens when your dough is made with just five simple ingredients: imported Caputo 00 flour, water, sea salt, fresh yeast, and a drizzle of EVOO.

We let it ferment for a minimum of 24 hours before baking it in our 900° wood-fired Stefano Ferrara ovens handcrafted in Naples.

The battle with cancer doesn’t stop when school starts. Local V for Victory families could use your help.

Now through July 24, every V Pizza location is collecting new school supplies for local families battling cancer through V for Victory.

Whether it’s notebooks, pencils, crayons, folders, markers, or other supplies every donation helps make sure a child has what they need to start the school year while their family focuses on something much bigger.

Because of the support of V Pizza guests, here’s what your generosity has made possible on an average month this year: • 560 meals delivered to families in treatment • 121 LEGO sets gifted to children on treatment days • 479 critical services provided—from transportation to house cleaning • Thousands of Cups of Comfort served to families at Wolfson Children’s Hospital

Tomato… toMAHto… who cares! All we know is that they’re sweet, juicy, and savory. Did you know we spend the extra money to fly in San Marzano tomatoes for our amazing sauce? Not only are they widely considered the best tomatoes in the world, but they’re also grown organically, if you care about that sort of thing.

And here’s the best part: we just returned from Italy, where we walked through the very San Marzano vines these beautiful tomatoes come from. Seeing where it all begins, the rich volcanic soil, the careful cultivation, the sun that ripens each tomato to perfection, only made us prouder to bring their incredible flavor back to our kitchens.

This week, our pizzaiolos are putting those incredible tomatoes front and center with a special that’s bursting with flavor. I’ve already tried it (more than once) and loved it… from my head to-ma-toes!

We’re calling it “The Happy Tomato!”

As always, we start with our house-made dough crafted from imported “00” Italian flour. Then we pile on our house blend of shredded mozzarella, our house-made sundried tomato cream sauce, Italian sausage, and cherry tomatoes, finishing it the V Pizza way with fresh basil, extra virgin olive oil, oregano, and Pecorino Romano cheese. When it comes out of the wood-fired oven, we crown it with thinly shaved Prosciutto di Parma. The heat from the pizza nearly melts the prosciutto, creating an extremely rich and succulent taste that lets those San Marzano tomatoes truly shine.

It’s our 4th of July Weekly special!

America means a lot of different things for a lot of different people, but one thing is certain...we can all agree on a really delicious pepperoni pizza.

With all of that said, this weekly special features our V Pepperoni. It is “rustic cut” – which means thicker, bigger, and even tastier. If pepperoni had a heavyweight title...

We didn’t think just one layer of this pepperoni was enough, so we doubled it. Then we thought, “what’s double pepperoni without extra cheese?!”

I’m a father, so I’m writing this post on Father’s Day weekend to set a few things straight:

1. We are hard on you because we want you to succeed and be quality adults.

4. We would die for you without question. When you are hurt or in pain, we would do anything to take that pain from you. The first thing we pray for at night, wish for when throwing a penny in a fountain, or hope for right before we blow out our birthday candles is for you to be healthy and safe.
5. Some dads work a lot, get stressed a lot, and do things you will never know to provide the best we can for the family. But never forget, 99% of what we do is for you, even if you don’t connect those dots yet.

Today is Father’s Day weekend, and on behalf of all the fathers out there, I want you to know that there is no title in life more important than the title of DAD!

Most pizza is designed to make you full, not happy. Heavy dough. Processed toppings. Ingredients chosen for cost, not quality.

We’re not most pizza.
