We’re thrilled to share that Bakes by Zia will be joining the beloved Haymarket Farmers Market as a drop-in vendor this season, and our very first market day is tomorrow!

We’ve heard so many wonderful things about this market and the amazing community that supports it, and we couldn’t be more excited to finally be a part of it. There’s something special about spending a morning surrounded by local farmers, makers, small businesses, and neighbors coming together to support one another.

Still thinking about what an incredible day we had at the Thrift & Sip Mother’s Day Event 💛✨

We went into this event excited… but the love and support we received honestly exceeded every expectation. The sales were AMAZING, and seeing so many of you come by our table throughout the day truly meant the world to us. Nothing makes us happier than watching trays empty out, hearing your feedback in real time, and seeing customers come back for “just one more treat” before heading home 🫶

One of the most special parts of the day was how open and excited everyone was to try the unique flavours and delicacies we create. As small bakers, it means so much when people not only support our work, but genuinely appreciate the creativity, effort, and flavours behind it. From our returning favourites to the newer items we introduced, you all made us feel so encouraged and appreciated all day long ✨

And of course, Purcellville Main Street events truly never disappoint. Every event is thoughtfully put together, full of energy, amazing vendors ( 💕), and such a warm community atmosphere. They really know how to throw an incredible event, and we’re always so grateful to be a part of it ❤️❤️

Thank you to every single person who stopped by, purchased from us, shared kind words, recommended us to friends, or simply took the time to support our small business. We left with full hearts (and several empty trays 😅) and cannot wait to be back again!

Feeling so grateful after an incredible Saturday at the Shamrock Festival on Main Street in Purcellville! 🍀

A huge thank you to the wonderful organizers of the Shamrock Festival for putting together such a fun and vibrant event. We had the best time meeting so many lovely people, sharing our baked goods, and being part of such a welcoming community.

We even sold out earlier than expected (which truly means the world to us!) and had an absolute blast from start to finish.

Purcellville, you were amazing — we can’t wait to be back for future events! 💚✨
