It’s hard to believe it’s been 15 years since we first opened our doors that cold Halloween night! Running a restaurant will always have its challenges but the thing that keeps me coming back are the people.
The people that showed up on day 1 and continue to do so 15 years later, all of you have played a part in our story. Many of you have become so much more than guests and we are lucky enough to call you lifelong friends.
Thank you to our food and b**r vendors, repair technicians, plumbers, accountants, linen companies, bakeries, wood suppliers, etc etc for supporting us and keeping us operational for 15 years.
To our staff, you are the heart and soul of everything we do. The early mornings and late nights, going the extra mile for our customers and most importantly covering for each other and giving that extra hand when we really need it; you are the reason we are still here today 15 years later. I know it’s cliche to call it a family, but I don’t think there is a better word to describe what we have and what we have built.
I don’t know what the next 15 years will bring for us on this journey but I can’t wait to continue to show up and do it with the people we love every single day.
