In this guided tasting experience, you’ll learn how to properly taste and evaluate tequila while exploring four distinct expressions from a single respected producer (El Tesoro Tequila)

Throughout the class, you’ll be led step-by-step through the tasting process—how to observe, smell, and sip tequila to fully appreciate its character. Each guest will receive a structured tasting chart and a ranking sheet to track notes and compare expressions, helping you develop your own palate and preferences.

In addition to tasting, we’ll explore the fundamentals of how tequila is made—from agave harvesting to distillation—and touch on the history of tequila, giving you a deeper appreciation for the craft and tradition behind every bottle.

We’ll break down the differences between Blanco, Reposado, Añejo, and Extra Añejo, and dive into what makes non-additive tequila unique—giving you the knowledge to recognize quality and make more informed choices when ordering or buying.
