When we opened the Osprey Nest & Purdy’s Galloway Grill several years ago, we never imagined how this adventure would change our lives.
It became 3 of our 4 children’s first real job. It became an extended family with our chefs & grill kids that we love like our own.
We have thrown staff birthday parties with piñatas hanging from the ceiling, served our first responders during snow storms and thrown Purdy staff Christmas parties that completely filled our dining room to capacity, and we have loved every moment!
Just like in life, things progress and grow. Our family is moving on to a different chapter of life with our children pursuing college and their careers. Volunteering in this amazing town along with continuing our work at the auto shops will keep us busy.
We will be turning over our little place to Costello’s who we know will continue to serve our students and patrons well. We want to wish them the best of luck and we hope they love this place like we have.
To our amazing students, staff & most importantly our devoted customers we will miss you the most. You truly have become like family to us and we won’t forget the support & kindness you have shown to us over the years.
