The local buffet opened its doors in the fall of 2007.

Located alongside Historic Route 66, the family-owned restaurant was determined to bring the community American Chinese food with a splash of the surround cultures. Within the cozy restaurant, our ever-changing selection often features classic fried rice that is tossed in a traditional Chinese wok with a hint of soy sauce and fresh vegetables. Our teriyaki pork is unmatched as every cut is finely

roasted in our fire ovens and drizzled with homemade teriyaki sauce. We offer perfectly seasoned beef enchiladas drenched in green chili and finely shredded cheese. Our signature dishes aside, we offer easy carry-out options for those who are on-the-go. The establishment also allows local artisans to show and sell their turquoise jewelry, pottery, traditional weavings, and much more. Our family strives to integrate the Chinese culture with Gallup’s incredibly rich heritage through what we know best - great food!
