We served at a wedding this past weekend… the dietary restrictions were plentiful, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy free … we were able to accommodate all… We did a jackfruit pulled pork, jazzed it up with garlic, onion, cumin, and chili powder. It turned out pretty good. The picture doesn’t do it justice, but it was really tasty & had a good texture. Oh yeah it was 104… and we were set up to serve outside 🥵 these ladies were toasted when they got back to the kitchen. If you have dietary restrictions or special menu item needs, please get a hold of us. We can take care of that for you !!

Hard work and perseverance pays off. We were able to feed at Winco corporation distribution center this week it was great… a doubleheader like being in the majors, fed them in the morning, fed them in the evening. They are very happy customers. We use a lot of their products every day.
