“Nem Nuong” is the translation of Barbeque Pork in Vietnamese, the dish was originated in Khanh Hoa Province, Nha Trang, Vietnam. It was well-liked for its nutritious, well-balanced portions of greens and protein. Nowadays, you could easily find “Nem Nuong” through street vendors or restaurants in Vietnam.

We are proud to present to you the most delicious recipe of “Nem Nuong”, with other famous rolls such as Spring Rolls, otherwises known as “Goi Cuon”, Summer Rolls and Barbeque Shrimp Rolls.
