Position: Full-Time Sub Maker

Objective:
To hire a dedicated full-time sub maker who can prepare a variety of subs, salads, pastas, and handle food prep, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the reputation of Parker House of Pizza.

Job Description:
The full-time sub maker will be responsible for preparing and assembling a variety of subs, salads, and pastas according to our restaurant’s recipes and standards. This includes slicing meats and vegetables, cooking pasta, and ensuring that each dish is made to perfection. The sub maker will also handle general food prep tasks and maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen while adhering to food safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and assemble subs, salads, and pastas as per the restaurant’s menu and customer specifications.
2. Slice meats, cheeses, and vegetables with precision.
3. Cook pasta and prepare salad ingredients.
4. Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
5. Monitor and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies for subs, salads, and pastas.
6. Perform general food prep tasks as needed.
7. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation and timely service.
8. Adhere to all health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a sub maker or in a similar role.
2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
3. Strong understanding of food safety practices.
4. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
5. Ability to work well in a team.
6. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends
