About Our Bakery

Mama B's is a southern scratch made pop up bakery based out of Garner, North Carolina.

The owner, Heather Armstrong is a native to North Carolina and has had a passion for baking from a very young age.

“Some of my fondest moments as a child were in the kitchen watching my mom make all kinds of treats. The exciting smells and sounds surrounding the kitchen and watching everyone

light up with happiness when they received a treat brought an undeniable joy to my life. I knew then that sharing my love through baked goods with friends and family is what I was meant to do." Heather decided to name it after her beloved mother who continues to inspire her every day.

A little reminder from behind the serving window… ❤️

Summer days inside a food truck are HOT. Add hot ovens, equipment running nonstop, and long hours, and it’s easy to see why food truck life isn’t for everyone.

But here’s the beautiful part…

Every food truck owner made that choice on purpose.

Not because it’s easy, but because food is our love language.

We love creating something with our hands, serving our communities, celebrating your birthdays, festivals, and family nights, and seeing your smile after that first bite or first sip. That’s what keeps us showing up.

So the next time you visit a food truck, remember there’s a real person behind that window giving you their very best. A little patience, a smile, or a simple “thank you” can mean more than you realize.

It may be hot as all get out in here… but don’t worry—the lemonade is still ice cold. 🍋🩷

Can I share something with you?

When you think of Mama B’s, you probably think of cookies… and I love that. 🍪

But behind every cookie, lemonade, and smile at the window is just me—a small business owner who gets to do what she loves because of people like you.

This holiday weekend reminded me how thankful I am. Every order, every comment, and every person who stops by the truck truly means more than you know.

So today, I just wanted to say… thank you. ❤️
