Most of yall know we've had this big ugly trailer we've been working towards converting to a food trailer off and on for about 8 years now. Well we finally decided do or die, sink or swim, all in. So we (mostly Adam Keck but moral support counts too right? 😅) have been working tirelessly for the last week or so to transform this 4 stall +bunk horse trailer into our dream food "truck". It's finally completely gutted! ( Even got all the pesky spray on liner scraped out.) Now on to sand blasting, fixing, painting and filling!
