WEEKEND AVAILABILITY A MUST

We are looking for experienced, reliable, trustworthy Individuals who have been in our industry, and take pride in doing the job RIGHT from start to finish! We are trying something NEW! And offering 2 Premium Kitchen Shift Opportunities!

Maybe you are working fulltime some place else and don't want to leave, but earn extra money and don't mind waking up early or staying up late!

These are NOT basic line cook positions. Although cooking will be present, your main focus will be what happens before and or after the restaurant is open for business.

You need to be dependable, honest and encompass integrity. These are premium responsibility shifts for people who understand the industry standards, cleanliness, consistency, who hold themselves and those around them with accountability, while possessing a strong work ethic.

OPEN PREMIUM SHIFTS: 6am to 8am

🌅 Early AM Cleaning & Prep Shift
• Deep cleaning
• Full prep ex*****on
• Kitchen setup for service
• Organized, efficient, detail-oriented work required

🌙 Evening Cleaning & Line Closing Shift 9pm to 11pm/12am
• Strong closing skills including floors and all equipment
• End-of-night cleaning and reset
• Line breakdown and organization
• Must leave the kitchen fully ready for the next day

PAY:
💲 Premium pay starting OVER $32/hour based on experience and performance.

REQUIREMENTS:
✔ Prior kitchen/cook experience REQUIRED
✔ Must be dependable and on time
✔ Must work with self discipline and consistency
✔ Must finish the job thoroughly every shift
✔ Strong work ethic is non-negotiable

This is NOT the place for people who show up late, cut corners, disappear during rushes, or leave work half done.
