Thanks to for the kind words about our Bourbon Barrel Aged Tripel: a beautiful, quietly confident pour — layered with nuanced barrel character, the kind of beer that rewards a slow sip instead of a quick one.

You know things are getting serious (or crazy) when Brewmaster Derek starts riddling bottles in the Methode Traditionnelle! Fun fact: we bought this riddling rack 25 years ago from a well-known Napa Valley cellar and have never used it for it's designed use until now.

Belgian Brut gem will have lively bubbles and a dry, crisp finish just in time for your late Fall celebrations.

It's always good to ease into working after a holiday...unwinding with jazz, your favorite pint or glass of wine & snacks in the Beer Gardens sounds like a great plan!

Our kitchen will be cooking from 3pm-8pm. Cozy up with a steaming pot of Belgian style mussels with a pint or glass of wine for $20 with Mussel Madness or enjoy our full menu of Favorite Shareables such as Belgian Frites and vegetarian options. Try a new beer style with Sidecar Thursdays for a $1 taster of an Ardennes beer on tap with your pint or limited release bottle.

On 7/9, we’re excited to welcome back the Avery Pambianchi Trio. Avery is a talented musician, trumpeter, composer and educator and will play both original compositions and Jazz standards.
