Just want to thank all the people who came out today on our official grand opening! We really appreciate it! It was not easy and we are still learning on the job, but I want to thank the whole Honeybird team for working VERY hard today trying to feed a constant stream of people from 11am to 8pm. We will tweak some things and improve on any issues and look forward to a longterm fried chicken relationship!

Happy New Year to all my HONEYBIRD friends! We are heading into the home stretch and plan on being open in about 2 months! Some expected delays in construction over the winter, but much progress has been made and only a few details remain. Have a wonderful weekend!

Update:
Well after 7 months, today we FINALLY have our permit from the city to start the build out phase. This took many more months longer than expected, so apologies on our original timeframe.
AT least we can actually start the build out this week, which is very exciting. Have a wonderful day!

Update:
We finally got the city approval to start building out the restaurant! It was long 6 months and I know many people have told me they are excited. Next is a few months of construction and we should be good to go. Have a nice Memorial Day Weekend!
