Once upon a time there were three Cochinos... They had BIG dreams about making good BBQ for people. After many years of smokin brisket, making beer can chicken, ribs, sausage, etc. for their families and friends these three guys received their first opportunity to make an appearance. On May 23rd 2014 the Smokin Cochinos made a name for themselves cooking for the Veterans at Heroes Night Out!
