It’s national grape day today! So guess what special ingredient was featured on WPMT FOX43?!
Jacob Hitz got us started oven roasting those grapes to make a delicious reduction to drizzle over charred Lamb Lollipop Chops, Jackie De Tore helped get the rice and quinoa cooking, and Meteorologist Tony Martin made it just in time to taste!

A delicious Greek dish to enjoy over the holiday weekend featured today on WPMT FOX43! Greek Chicken served over a creamy Feta Fettuccine! Jackie De Tore got us started with the Fettuccine and grilling the chicken, while Gabrielle Mediak showed us sautéing all the beautiful garden veggies, then Meteorologist Tony Martin popped in to taste test!!

A delightful Pescatore Calabrese celebrates a blend of Lobster, Shrimp, Clams and Mussels with tomatoes and a burst of bonus flavor from the Calabrese Peppers with a hint of Jalapeño all served over Fettuccine Pasta! Jackie De Tore & Gabrielle Mediak helped us saute all the flavor, & Meteorologist Tony Martin just in time for tasting!
To complement this dish, we shook up a “Pink Dream”, the perfect marriage of a Pink drink and a Mojito!
