Now pouring WhistlePig Whiskey Snout-To-Tail Bourbon Aged 10 Years. This whiskey is finished in a barrel with two different Vermont wood finishes that is flipped head (snout) to tail. The result is one of WhistlePig's few non-rye bourbons that is surprisingly smooth with a variety of different pastry notes.
Recommend for fans of light to medium toasted barrel bourbons.
