Due to my lingering Upper Respiratory Infection, we will be closed today. I am feeling better though and plan on working tomorrow. With it being only Gayla and I, it makes it difficult when one of us is sick or has an emergency, but we try and do our best. My niece, Annie, has been a blessing while I have been so I'll, and she kept me open while she could. I want to thank you all for your patience and we will see you tomorrow! Sandy

Gayla is finally back! Yeah!!!! We will be in house tomorrow morning, ready to serve you all the Double Cheeseburgers you can eat! Lol!

I am sorry to inform you that I had to temporarily close the restaurant as Gayla, my cook, has had a death in the family and needs to be gone a week. We will re-open (again!) next week when she returns. This is very temporary and I have every intention of staying open. Thanks for all your support and we wish Gayla safe journey during her time of grief.

I just promised I would be back open in two weeks, so I guess that's that! Lol! A T &T took my phone number, along with my ability to run credit cards, but I am working on that. I will keep you updated on our progress and give a opening date when I know it. I will only be doing pick ups and deliveries until we can get a handle on the coronavirus. I am excited to see everybody, but nervous as all hell too! Lol!

Good Morning! The special today is 8 oz. of our freshly pattied burger, sauteed in onions, smothered in swiss cheese and topped with bacon. Served with fries and your choice of slaw or macaroni salad.

I want to let you all know what's happening with us due to the Corona virus. The state closed down my dining room, but we are still allowed to make deliveries and fill pick-up orders. The new hours are 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. I am expanding the radius of deliveries and will go up to Dow Corning on 42 towards Carrollton, and as far as Beelman Trucking towards the Markland Dam. I will also deliver to your home if you are close enough. As to pick-up orders, we will bring your food curbside for safety reasons. You won't even have to get out of your car! We have had safety procedures in place since this first started to protect all of us. Call us at 502-347-5454 to place your order! As long as people still have to go to work, I plan on staying open to feed you. Together we can come through this safely.

I wanted everyone to know that we are still open for pick-up and delivery orders. As long as you all continue to go to work, we will be here to feed you lunch. We have established safety procedures to protect you and us. Call us at 502-347-5454, after 9:00 a.m., to place your order. Pick-ups can be brought to your car curbside. We are wearing gloves during the entire process of preparing your meals down to us bringing your food to your car. If you'd like you can pay by credit card when you order and we will have the ticket ready when we hand you your food. Since my dining room has been closed, I have more time to make deliveries, so I am extending my boundries of how far I deliver to. Besides my usual deliveries to NAS and KU, I can go as far up 42 as Dow Corning, and as far east on 42 as Beelman's Trucking. Yes Yes, that's right Nucor, I will deliver up there now! Lol! We will accept delivery orders up to 1:00 pm and pick-ups as long as Gayla is there in the afternoon. If her bright yellow car is there, you can probably sweet talk her into fixing you up. Lol!

Also, I hear our truck drivers are finding it difficult to find available food and facilities, so I want to extend a warm welcome to any of you guys, or gals, who need such. You can park alongside 42 at the restaurant and we will fix you right up!

As for the people who are quarentining at home, If you are close enough, I will deliver to anyone who would like to eat some great home cooking. Just give us a call to see if you are within my range.

Thank you all for being so great! Together, and without panic, we will all get through this virus, and hopefully it will have brought our communities closer together. Be a good neighbor, help your fellow man, and remember the Golden Rule, "Treat others as you would like to be treated". It is as simple as that.
