We’re 100% gluten-free at Sweet Impastries, and we always will be. But we also know everyone’s gluten-free journey looks a little different.
Some of you are strict for medical reasons, some choose it for how it makes you feel, and there’s no one-size-fits-all.
So when we got the chance to team up with our friends at , we said yes. Go Gilbert named us Best Cookie 2025 and O.H.S.O. Best Sports Bar, so two local favorites getting together just felt right.
They’re crafting us a gluten-reduced beer, and we’re going along to learn something new right alongside you.
One honest note, because it matters to us: gluten-reduced is not the same as gluten-free. These beers are brewed with gluten grains and then treated to lower the gluten, so they are not celiac-safe, and current testing can’t fully confirm what’s left behind. If you’re strict or have celiac, this one isn’t for you, and that’s completely okay.
