Preparing to launch a service utilizing Wyoming's amazing food freedom laws. Known as a "Cottage Kitchen" our recipes will be delivered to your door 7 days a week. The #1 State in the US for such a service still doesn't allow meats to be included. Even with meat off the table I'm confident you will find many meal options you will love.
Our goal is to provide 100% transparency with everything we offer. This is something no Restaurant offers. We are in the process of taking pictures and videos designed to let you know EXACTLY what you are eating. This includes a picture of each ingredient along with the source for all recipes. Taking it a step further you will also be able to see how I prepare each recipe with videos made right here in my kitchen.
I am asking for your help with connecting me to as many local food growers/producers as possible. If I can get an ingredient grown right here in Gillette I will do everything in my power to get it on your plate. My vision is for Gillette Eats to not only be the 1st of its kind service here, but a benefit to everyone in the community. When we prove this service to be of the highest quality in terms of food and customer service others who try will have the bar set high.
We will get our options online ASAP. They will include entire meals for groups, individuals, and families. There will be limited options each day but visible days in advance. While we can't offer meat we can provide everything you need to go with it. Things like Mashed Potatoes, Beans, Salads, Fries, and more will be available daily. I can't express how excited I am about this and I hope to see you soon.
