Fresh on tap and ready to rock. Brewed with 100% Strata hops and layers of ripe melon, passion fruit, grapefruit, and classic Strata dankness, followed by subtle notes of strawberry. The finish is dry, bright, and refreshing, with just enough bitterness. This is the kind of IPA we love brewing hop forward, balanced, and easy to drink despite its 7.7% ABV

New Release! Fresh batch of Brews & BBQ just hit the taps at the tasting room. This 6% Amber Ale was brewed to be smooth, balanced, and packed with layered malt character without drinking heavy.

You’ll pick up rich caramel, toasted toffee, subtle dark fruit notes, and a clean finish that keeps the beer super drinkable. We used a heavy amount of Centennial and Chinook hops to give it just enough earthy citrus and structure to balance the malty backbone.

Available fresh on tap and in 4-packs to-go!

If you’re an Amber fan, this batch came out exactly how we wanted it too and hope you enjoy it!

Today’s special is bringing the heat at PLB 🔥

We have LaPapa .bakedpotatoes out serving up the Buffalo Chicken Potato Special, and we paired it perfectly with our newest taproom exclusive, Fuego Fedia. 🔥

Built off the fan-favorite Fedia Mexican Lager, we took one keg and infused pineapple and habanero to create a crisp, refreshing forward taste with a sweet spicy finish, pairs great with the buffalo chicken!

Only ONE keg available and it’s exclusively at the taproom, so come try it while it’s hot.

A dark, rich, nutty, and dangerously drinkable American Stout. Mr. Nutters is a clean nutty chocolate stout brewed with loads of peanut butter, roasted almonds, and pistachios for a layered nutty character that hits just right.

Medium-bodied with a smooth finish, this stout brings all the nostalgic vibes of a chocolate Peanut Butter Cup without being overly sweet.

Expect notes of milk chocolate, roasted nuts, creamy peanut butter, and subtle cocoa with an easy-drinking finish.
