With a twist we are The Italian Sausage Company and will be using recipes that have been passed down generation to generation from both sides of our Italian families, as well as new ones we have created with east coast influence. A unique concept that is sure to have something for everyone! Family, Friends, and food is always worth celebrating. To us food is so much more than a nourishing meal. We are blessed to be able to create an experience from what has been passed down into our willing hands.
