A little sneak-peek at our BEAUTIFUL new herb garden...flawlessly designed and planted by Madison at Ruby Roots Garden Design LLC (Please go follow her page and show her some love! She's one of our young and local entrepreneurs). Madison has turned this area into a space full of purpose, elegance, and LIFE! We are SO excited to watch our little garden flourish.

And this is just the beginning! She’s also redesigning and re-planting the flower gardens across the property. Watching the transformation already unfolding is seriously nothing short of pure magic.😍

We're so grateful for her talent and expertise...and we can't wait to share more photos as her visions continue to bloom!🌱🌸🌷

We held over FIFTY interviews at our Hiring Event today! We met so many amazing people and are COMPLETELY blown away by this community...SO full of talent, heart, and energy. The excitement is contagious and we cannot wait to start building our team!

We also hit a super fun milestone today...the first meal ever eaten at our brand new bar! Sheryl (owner) and Leah (general manager) broke it in with delicious takeout from the locally loved Cedar Haus. We absolutely LOVE being part of a community where businesses lift each other up...one bite at a time.❤️

Thank you to everyone who showed up, showed interest, and shared our excitement. Another HUGE step closer to opening our doors!

Consumers Energy brought in the whole cavalry yesterday! They upgraded our gas service so that we can accommodate our large kitchen expansion, including our two brick ovens. 🔥

Don't be surprised to see more Consumers trucks on-site within the week...they will be back to complete a required electric⚡️upgrade, as well.
