More than 2,100 tomato plants. Tiny Sungolds. Heirlooms in every shape and color. Months of tending, watching, adjusting, and trusting the biodynamic process.
Soon these tomatoes will make their way into our kitchens and onto your table. They’ll become salads, sauces, butters, spreads, and garnishes across all of our restaurants.
When you taste them, you’re tasting far more than a tomato. You’re tasting the care Mike and Isael have poured into this land for months. You’re tasting healthy soil, Sonoma sunshine, biodynamic farming, and the belief that great food begins long before a chef ever touches it.
