It is with deep sorrow that we announce our restaurant will close permanently on February 15th.

The time has come for me to step away, just before my 75th birthday.

With a heavy heart, I announce that our restaurant's final day of business will be February 15th. After 46 years, the time has come for me to retire, just before my 75th birthday.

Words cannot fully express my gratitude for your steadfast support and friendship over nearly half a century. Thank you for allowing us to be a part of your lives and celebrations.

PS this notice is only regarding the Glen Ellyn Location only, the LaGrange Park location is under good hands and will hopefully continue the Golden Wok Tradition and continue serving the local community in the coming years.

We have been operating our business at this same location for 30 years. Thanks to the support of our loyal customers.
Recently, the property changed ownership and we received a notice from the new landlord stating that our lease has been canceled. However, our copy of the lease indicates that it expires in November with two 5-year renewal options.
