INSURANCE CLAIM ALERT:

Since the restaurants closed I became a public insurance adjuster. I have an offer you can't refuse.

I was surveying the tornado damage today and had the chance to speak to contractors and home owners. I was sad to hear many are choosing to let unlicensed roofing companies and restoration companies 'help' with the claim. They may be licensed to do their trade but none were licensed to assist with insurance claims.
