Meet our little firecracker, Gabrianna Mansfield. At just 9 years old, she was given an incredible opportunity to travel all the way to Thailand to represent Team USA in a Muay Thai competition… and she absolutely crushed it! 🇺🇸🥊🇹🇭

We’ve been blessed to know Gabriella since she was only 2 years old. From the very beginning, she captured our hearts with her sweet spirit, determination, and bigger-than-life personality. Watching her grow into the fierce young athlete she is today has been nothing short of amazing.

We were honored to play a small part in helping make this dream a reality. Seeing one of our own represent our country on the big stage has been such an honor.

Gabrianna we couldn’t be more proud of you. Keep chasing your dreams, keep working hard, and never lose that fire inside you. We can’t wait to see where this journey takes you next.

As the Green Corn Festival kicks off this weekend, we just want to take a moment to say thank you.

We were honestly a little nervous when the festival was moved to Bentley Park, wondering if it might take away from the amazing small businesses in downtown Bixby. But seeing so many of you still make it a point to stop by Roast House on your way to the festival has meant more to us than you know.

If you’re heading to the festival, we encourage you to take a little extra time to explore downtown Bixby. There are so many wonderful locally owned shops, restaurants, and businesses that would love your support this weekend. Shopping local truly makes a difference and helps keep our community thriving.
