It’s 4th of July week Forza fans! Our busiest few days of the year is upon us and this year it happens to fall on a weekend. We are changing things up a bit this year so we can keep everyone’s grill and fridge stocked with everything to make your holiday one to remember! We will be running our Sunday hours (10am - 3pm) at our Glenview location on July 3rd, 4th and 5th and closed on July 6th and 7th to give our team a chance to put their feet up. We look forward to being a part of your celebrations!

Today, Sunday 5/17, we’ll be posted up at the Glenview Luxury Imports annual Car Show just west of the shop on Railroad Avenue between Glenview Road and Dewes Street serving up burgers, dogs, cold beverages, and good food all day while you check out the hot rods, classics, imports, and cool cars rolling through Glenview. If you’re into cars, grilling, Chicago food culture, local events, or just looking for something to do in the North Shore today, this is the spot.

And yes — Forza Meats is still fully open for regular business as usual while the car show is happening, so make a full Sunday out of it. DURHAM RANCH WAGYU BRISKET

Time to fire up the smoker, Forza fans. Whether you’re running a traditional stick burner with lump charcoal or loading up the pellet smoker for an all-day cook, Durham Ranch American Wagyu brisket is the kind of cut that reminds you exactly why low-and-slow barbecue is worth every minute.

Right now these full-blooded American Wagyu briskets are one of the best values in the butcher case.
