🍀The Gila County 4-H Fundraiser has begun! 🍀

This week, Bravo Americano Moderno is recreating the winning recipes from the local 4-H Annual Beef Cook-Off.

⭐️The Junior team recipe is “Around the World Appetizers” featuring 🇰🇷Korean lettuce cups, 🇮🇹 Italian meatballs, 🇲🇽 Mexican tacos, & 🇺🇸 American jalapeño poppers. $16.50

⭐️The Senior team recipe offers up a plate of comfort with ground beef stuffed bell peppers, served with a side salad. $14.50

All proceeds from each purchase will go back to our local 4H. Specials run May 27-30th, 2026.

Congratulations to the 4H kids who are courageous enough each spring to enter the Gila County’s 4H Annual Beef Cook-Off. It’s a lot of pressure on them to create their meals and be judged against dozens of other teams. 🔥

🍀Next week, we’ll be serving up the winning recipes from Gila County 4-H’s Annual Beef Cook-Off on May 27-30th.🍀

The Junior team’s dish features “Around the World Appetizers.” Think appetizers from🇰🇷Korea, 🇮🇹Italy, 🇲🇽Mexico, and 🇺🇸America.

The Senior team’s dish is reminiscent of home-cooked comfort… stuffed bell peppers.

All proceeds from meals purchased will go back to our local 4H community. We value and appreciate the enthusiasm that the Annual Beef Cook-Off brings to our local culinary scene.

Great job to the over 100 participants (some who are barely as tall as the grill!), and volunteers who make it possible each April.
