Natty is serving up Bison before the game. Stop by Goehner on your way to the game! GBR!

In honor of the big game this weekend we’ve gotten bison meat from Central Nebraska Buffalo for our specials. We have a bison chislic as a special appetizer. If you’ve never had chislic, it’s a South Dakota specialty of marinated and fried meat with a sriracha sauce. We’re making ours with bison steak. Tomorrow we will also have a bison burger! Make plans to stop in on your way to Lincoln!

We will be open tomorrow (Sunday March 5th) from 11am to 5 pm. We will have Brisket, Beef Shoulder, Pulled Pork, Wings, Burgers, Cheesy Bacon Fries, Big Bubba Pretzels and more! We will have the bar going as well so while you are waiting to head over to the 66th annual Goehner Fire Department Spaghetti Feed, have a beverage and share some good times again at Chez Bubba!

A Public Service Announcement!
Chez Bubba Cafe will be OPEN for one day only on Sunday March 5th during the 66th Annual Goehner Volunteer Fire Department Spaghetti Feed.
The Cafe will be open from 11AM-5PM Sunday March 5th.
We will have a limited menu/appetizers and bar service that day while you wait for the main course across the street.

We will post our one-day menu prior to the 5th. Stay tuned...
