If you’re New here and you’re just learning about us as a business- WELCOME!! and BUCKLE UP!! 😉.
We’ve been Navigating the ups-and downs of our businesses for the past 5+ years. We just moved to this location.
Our Regular schedule has us open Monday-Thursday. We are technically closed and don’t have regular hours FRIDAY, SATURDAY, SUNDAY.
We are a military family of 7 with 4 of our 5 children still at the age where they actively need their parents. Meaning, there are weekends, every month, that Shawn is away for military duty and the other weekends he is working his full-time job outside of the cafe.
Ashley is usually flying solo in the parenting department on the weekends. Not having the shop open Friday-Sunday leaves us time to be with our children; be at an event with our business or hosting a pop-up event at the cafe.
We would much rather post that we will be open on a Random weekend than have set hours and NEED to post that we can’t open due to personal issues.
Having children with different needs and abilities and some children with different medical needs, we are constantly needing to PIVOT in life.
It’s a lot more uplifting and positive when we can happily post that all the stars aligned and we can be open a few hours on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday rather than feeling the stress or disappointment of letting our guests down by needing to post we will be closed on a Regularly scheduled day, due to personal reason etc.
AND- No, we don’t plan to ‘Just hire someone’ to run the business when we can’t be there, any time soon. To us, It’s more than just making food and scooping ice cream.
With ALL that being said; Thanks for sticking around. Thank you for your support. Thank you for your understanding. Thank you for telling others about us and getting our name out there. Thank you for your patience. Thank you for your empathy and Most Importantly…. THANK YOU, FOR BEING YOU!!

Thursday 23rd- FREE small ice cream, Water icee or Slushie with your order of a Chicken Tender Combo 🍗 🍟
Friday 24th - FREE scoop of Ice cream with your purchase of a mini cake from our mini cake, topping bar. 🍰
Saturday 25th - Free Soft serve swirl with your order of a Frozen Pineapple served in a Pineapple 🍍 turn your frozen fruit into a frozen Pineapple whip. ….Limited quantities!
SunDAE 26th - Order an Ice Cream SUNDAE! 🍨 You’ll get it served on a FREE freshly made Waffle (gluten free option) 🧇
Keep an eye out around town, you may find some extra gifts that need homes and prizes to redeem!! If you know anything about us, you know we love sprinkling sunshine!!
And as always, we do have gluten free options!! I have celiacs so I will always make sure there will be allergen friendly options for all of our specials!!
