My sweet friend wanted a Strawberry Cake for Mother’s Day.
So I made her a layered Strawberry Cream Cake I hope she enjoys it.
Between each layer is homemade Strawberry Jam and Fresh Cream.
On top is Strawberry frosting Cream and fresh Strawberries.

Hello There!. I hope all is well with you and your loved ones.
I have been absent for a few weeks, just took time out to take stock of life and all that’s been going on. All is well, got some chores done around the house and my garden is beautiful, not because I did anything to it 😉
Oh NO!, I found someone who knows what to do out there (hallelujah!!!💃🏾)

The temperature is rising and summer is fast approaching, the meals are getting lighter, more salads and quiches on the menu.
This is a very light and airy Smoked Salmon, Mozzarella, Cheddar and Onion Quiche. Beautiful flavors!.

As always, it’s nice talking to you. Call me if you’d like a Quiche!.
