Last night we had the honor of catering Taylor & Orion’s wedding with a plated dinner service, and what an incredible evening it was. From the beautiful atmosphere to the amazing guests, everything came together perfectly.

Back home, unloaded from DeSoto Wings & Ribs, and still riding the high from an incredible weekend. I took two of my boys with me, and getting to spend that kind of quality time together doing what we love made this one extra special.

We competed in both the Unique Wing and Rib categories. We rolled out a Peanut Butter & Jelly wing that we thought was pretty tasty… judges didn’t quite agree on that one 😅 finishing 11th out of 16.

But those ribs… that was a different story.
1st Place Ribs out of 36 teams in a stacked field! 🏆🔥

With that win, we also secured:
✅ A guaranteed spot into Memphis in May 2027
✅ An invitation to the RCOA World Championship 2027

God is so good. Thankful for the talent and ability to cook, and even more thankful for two amazing boys who love this craft just as much as I do.
