Summer flavors are rolling in at The Butcher’s Daughter!

Our summer special soups are here, including our delicious combination clam & haddock chowder in convenient 32 oz. grab-and-go containers. We also have fresh steamers and lobsters — because nothing says summer in New England quite like that! 🦞

🥪 Da Bear — thinly sliced London broil with pickled onions, American cheese, arugula, and horseradish barbecue sauce

Good morning and happy Wednesday, May 27th! What a beautiful day, and we are happy to say our store is OPEN!

A huge thank you to our water department for working so quickly to get everything restored. We truly appreciate all of the hard work that went into getting our community back up and running so fast.

Our cases are full and ready for you today with beautiful fresh seafood and steamers, fresh ground beef, Certified Angus Beef patties, marinated steak tips, chicken breast, and KAYEM natural casing hot dogs.

Looking for sides and prepared foods? We have potato salad, tempura chicken, roasted butternut with pecans & cranberries, broccoli salad, caprese salad, and cucumber salad ready to go.

And the Saladinos have been busy making sauce! We have plenty of fresh Palermo and marinara sauce stocked in the case.

Today is Tuesday, May 26th. Due to a water main break, we will be closed today. We will reopen as soon as the issue has been repaired. Thank you all for your continued support and understanding.

We also wanted to take this opportunity to share something that has been on our minds. As a husband-and-wife team running a small business, there are times when we need to close for family matters, medical appointments, emergencies, or simply to take a much-needed day off. We always do our very best to communicate closures ahead of time through Facebook, Instagram, and Google whenever possible.

Lately, it has been discouraging to receive negative comments or complaints when we do need to close. We care deeply about our customers and our community, and we work incredibly hard to provide the best service and products we can every single day. But at the end of the day, we are human beings balancing work, family, health, and life just like everyone else.

We truly appreciate the many people who continue to support, encourage, and understand what it takes to keep a small local business going. Your kindness means more than you know, and we are grateful for every one of you.

Happy Friday, May 22nd! The long weekend is here, and our cases are packed and ready for you.

We have an incredible lineup prepared, including tomahawk steaks, skewered beef, homemade meatballs, Parmesan haddock, Kayem natural casing hot dogs, clam chowder, haddock chowder, Saladino’s Palermo sauce, chicken pot pies, fresh-made coleslaw, Italian pasta salad, shepherd’s pies, chicken parm, and so much more. We also still have lobsters and steamers available while supplies last!

With the kids out of school and summer right around the corner, stop in and cool off with our featured dirty soda — the Blue Lagoon — shown in the picture. It’s sweet, refreshing, and the perfect treat for a warm day.

Our slow-cooked baked beans are ready to go in convenient 32 oz. containers, and they are unreal.
