The cat’s out of the bag… 🐾

I’m stepping into a new role and will be relocating from Granbury at the end of May.

I just want to say thank you — truly — for the support, kind messages, and the last 6 years of letting me cook for you. It’s meant more than you know.

But I’m not done yet.

This one is bittersweet. Some chapters are harder to close than others — this is one of them.

I’ve officially listed my commercial space at 605 Calinco Drive — the place where so much of my business journey has happened.

Over the years, this space has seen growth, challenges, celebrations, and a whole lot of hard work. It’s more than just a building — it’s been a foundation.

Now, as I prepare to move out of Texas at the end of May, I’m hoping to pass it on to someone ready to create their own story here.

A Farewell from Anise

After six wonderful years serving the Granbury community, the time has come to close this chapter of Anise.

What began as a childhood dream became a reality at Anise. Over the years, that dream grew into something even more meaningful through the lasting friendships and connections made with guests, and it has been an absolute honor to be part of your gatherings, celebrations, and everyday moments.

This has been one of the most rewarding roles I’ve ever had the honor to hold. The growth I’ve experienced—both personally and professionally—while sharing my food with you has shaped me into a better mother, friend, and leader.

With deep gratitude, I am stepping into a new role and embarking on the next chapter of my journey. While this means the end of Anise, the memories, relationships, and support from this community will always stay with me.

Thank you for welcoming me to your tables and allowing me to be part of your lives. It has truly meant more than words can express.
